How long until I get the audit?
We reply within 24 hours, and the audit arrives in 3 to 5 days. If we need a detail, we'll write to you before we start.
What if the audit doesn't convince me?
Tell us why, and we'll take it on board. The audit is free and commits you to nothing: if it doesn't convince you, we stop there.
Who owns the visuals?
The visual we remake in the audit is yours to keep. For later projects, the usage rights to the delivered visuals pass to you once the invoice is paid.
What do you need from me?
A link to your Instagram or your website, that's all. After that, access to your existing photos and logos, and one person to sign off.
Which area do you cover?
Geneva and the surrounding area for anything that requires travel (photo, video). For everything else, we can work remotely across French-speaking Switzerland.
What happens after the audit?
We talk it through for 30 minutes, then you get a tailored quote 48 hours later. You decide from there, no pressure.
