The audit form collects the link to your Instagram or your website. The contact form collects your name, that link, your message and the phone number or email you provide. Nothing else is requested.

This data is used only to reply to your request and to prepare the audit. The legal basis is your request itself (Swiss FADP, art. 31) and, where applicable, the legitimate interest in replying to it.

Your request is sent by email to the two partners through the Resend email service (Resend Inc., United States), then stored in Google Workspace mail. The site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights (Vercel Inc.) for aggregated audience measurement.

Requests are kept for as long as it takes to handle them, then deleted after 12 months at the latest if no collaboration follows.

This site sets no tracking cookies. Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights measure audience and performance in aggregate, without cookies. The link that opens our online calendar leads to Google Calendar, which is subject to Google's privacy policy.

Under the Swiss FADP (and the GDPR where applicable), you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to info@saintjude.ch.
